The terms on which Exa Weddings provides its services and on which this website is offered.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of exaweddings.com and, together with the individual service agreement you sign, the wedding planning and related services provided by Exa Weddings (“Exa Weddings”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.
By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms. Where a signed service agreement exists between us, and its terms differ from these, the service agreement takes precedence for matters it covers.
1. About Us

2. Our Services
We provide wedding and event planning, design and coordination services, described on this website and defined in detail in each client’s service agreement. Website descriptions are indicative; the precise scope of what we will deliver for you is set out in your agreement and proposal.
We accept a limited number of weddings each season, and a booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement and the required deposit have been received.
3. Engaging Us & Payments
Fees, deposits and the payment schedule for your wedding are set out in your service agreement and proposal. Our booking deposit reserves your date and is non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Payments made to third-party vendors are governed by those vendors’ own contracts. Where we make payments to vendors on your behalf, we do so as your coordinator; the underlying contract is between you and the vendor unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Your Responsibilities
To plan your wedding well we rely on you to provide accurate information, make decisions within agreed timeframes, and make payments on schedule. Delays in decisions or payments may affect our ability to secure venues, vendors or dates, and we are not responsible for opportunities lost as a result.
You are responsible for the conduct of your guests, for obtaining any permissions personal to you or your family, and for meeting the requirements of temples, churches, venues or authorities that apply to your ceremony.
5. Third-Party Vendors
We select and coordinate vendors on your behalf with care, drawing on our experience and relationships. However, vendors are independent businesses, and while we manage them diligently, we are not liable for their acts, omissions or the quality of their work beyond our role in selecting and coordinating them. Where a vendor fails to perform, we will act promptly to find a solution.
6. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds
Cancellations, postponements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it alongside this document.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, or the failure of utilities or third parties. In such events we will prioritise postponement and the transfer of arrangements wherever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, and except in cases of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, our total liability to you arising from our services shall not exceed the total planning fees paid by you to us. 9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, the Exa Weddings name and logo, and photographs — is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Designs, concepts and planning documents we create for your wedding remain our intellectual property, granted to you for the purpose of your celebration.
10. Photography & Publicity

11. Website Use
This website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and details such as venues, seasons and procedures may change. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; your engagement is governed by your service agreement.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction — e.g. Kottayam, Kerala]. [If you wish to require mediation or arbitration before litigation, state that here.]
14. Changes to These Terms
