Vendors who only answer the phone during your night, deposits wired on trust, a venue you have seen only in photographs, and relatives at home drawn into errands they did not ask for.
The NRI Concierge exists to make the distance disappear. We become your presence on the ground: the people who visit the venue, sit across from the caterer, inspect the décor mock-up and send you the honest photograph rather than the flattering one. You make the decisions; we do the standing-in-rooms.
Roughly half our enquiries come from families abroad, and this is not a bolt-on to our planning — it is a way of working we have built deliberately, over years, around the realities of a wedding run across continents.

NRI weddings cluster arrivals into two or three days, often overnight flights landing before dawn. We negotiate room blocks near your venue, schedule airport transfers from Cochin, Trivandrum or Kozhikode, and make sure nobody lands to find no car waiting.

Our fee comes from you and only from you — never a commission taken quietly from a vendor, which is exactly the arrangement that goes wrong when families cannot see it. Where a supplier extends a trade rate, it passes to you. Distance changes the logistics of trust, not its terms; we simply make everything visible enough that you can plan from another continent with the same confidence as from across town.
