Why We Made It

The Framework Behind Every Wedding We Plan

Most wedding stress comes from doing things in the wrong order — booking the photographer before the date, or leaving the venue until the good ones have gone. This checklist is the sequence we follow internally, shared openly.

What's Inside

Six Phases, One Clear Path

12–10 Months

Set the budget, fix the muhurtham or church date, and lock the primary venue. Everything else follows from these three.

9–7 Months

Appoint photographer, decorator and caterer while the best are free. Begin accommodation planning for outstation family.

6–4 Months

Finalise design, menus and transport. Order invitations and confirm the sequence of every event.

3–2 Months

Tastings, hair and makeup trials, décor mock-ups. Send invitations and open RSVPs.

1 Month

Confirm run-sheets with every vendor, brief both families, and settle final headcounts.

Wedding Week

Rehearsals, guest arrivals, vendor coordination and the celebration itself.

For Families Abroad

A Dedicated NRI Section

Planning from the Gulf, the UK or North America adds a layer the usual checklists ignore — compressed timelines, remote approvals, documentation that assumes you’re a resident, and guests arriving over a few days. The checklist has a section built for exactly this.

Beyond the Checklist

Prefer to Hand It All Over?

The checklist is yours to keep, whether or not we ever speak. But if you’d rather not hold the whole thing in your head, that’s exactly what we’re for.
