Service · Full Wedding Planning

Wedding Planning

Full-service planning and design for premium celebrations across Kerala — one team accountable for the whole wedding, from the first conversation to the farewell brunch.

The Engagement

What Full Planning Actually Means

Full wedding planning is the whole thing. Not a stage, not a checklist handed back to you, and not a coordinator who appears the week before — a single team that takes responsibility for the celebration from the day you engage us until the last guest leaves.

In practice that means we set the budget with you, source and negotiate the venue, appoint every vendor, design the celebration, write the run-sheets, manage both families’ expectations, and run each event on the ground. When something goes wrong — and at a wedding something always does — it is our problem to solve, not yours to discover.

We take a limited number of weddings each season precisely so this is possible. A planner running fifteen celebrations in December is not doing this work; they are dispatching staff.

How We Work

The Shape of a Planning Year

Months 12–10 · Foundations

We begin with the conversation that matters most — your two families, the celebration you actually want, and an honest budget. Then we fix the date around the muhurtham or parish availability and secure the venue, which is almost always the binding constraint.

Months 9–7 · Appointments

Photographer, decorator and caterer are appointed in this window, while the best are still available. We negotiate and contract each, and begin planning accommodation for family travelling in.

Months 6–4 · Design

The concept becomes specific: palette, florals, lighting, stage, stationery, menus and the sequence of every event. Transport is booked and invitations ordered.

Months 3–2 · Trials

Food tasting, hair and makeup trials, décor mock-ups. Invitations go out and RSVPs open, which is when the guest list stops being theoretical and starts being a logistics problem we solve.

Month 1 · Confirmation

Run-sheets confirmed with every vendor, both families briefed, final headcounts settled and payments scheduled. By this point there should be no open questions — only execution.

Wedding Week · Execution

Rehearsals, guest arrivals, vendor marshalling and full on-ground coordination across every event. Our job that week is to make sure nothing reaches you that does not need to.

Also Available

If Full Planning Isn't the Right Fit

Not every couple needs the full engagement, and we would rather tell you that honestly.

Partial Planning

For couples who have made a start — we take over from wherever you are, typically venue onward.

Day-of Coordination

You plan it; we run it. Run-sheets, vendor marshalling and on-ground management for the wedding days only.

Design Only

Concept, décor direction and styling, with your own team handling logistics and vendors.

Venue Sourcing Only

Shortlist, site visits, negotiation and contract review, without the wider engagement.

Fees

How We Charge, and Why

We quote a flat planning fee against a defined scope. Not a percentage of your total spend.

The percentage model is the industry’s most common and its least aligned: it pays the planner more the more you spend, which puts your interests and theirs in quiet opposition at every decision. A flat fee removes that tension entirely — when we recommend the less expensive caterer, you can be confident about why.

What the fee covers is written down before you engage us, along with what happens if the scope changes. There are no commissions taken from vendors behind your back; where a supplier offers us a trade rate, it passes to you.

Every wedding is quoted individually, because guest count, venue tier, number of events and season move the number more than anything else. After a complimentary first consultation we share a clear, itemised proposal with no obligation.

Common Questions

Wedding Planning — FAQs

Budget planning, venue sourcing and negotiation, vendor appointment, wedding design, timelines and run-sheets, guest management, ritual coordination and complete on-ground execution across every event — followed by vendor settlement and delivery of your photography and film.

Day-of coordination runs a wedding you have already planned. Full planning means we design and build the celebration with you over months, appoint and manage every vendor, and remain accountable for the whole thing rather than the final 48 hours.

We quote a flat fee against a defined scope rather than a percentage of your spend. The figure depends on guest count, venue tier, number of events and season, and we share an itemised proposal after a complimentary first consultation.

No. Our fee comes from you and only from you. Where a supplier extends us a trade rate, it passes through to you rather than to us.

A deliberately limited number each season. Full planning is only possible if the team planning your wedding is genuinely available to you, and that is not true of a house running a dozen celebrations a month.

For a peak-season Kerala wedding, 10 to 12 months. The venue is usually the constraint, and the best photographers and caterers are appointed early.

Yes — partial planning, day-of coordination, design-only and venue sourcing are each available on their own. We will tell you honestly which fits your situation.

Kerala is our home and the bulk of our work, but we plan destination and NRI weddings elsewhere in India and abroad for existing and referred clients.
